This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the IC Invoice Automation application ("the Application"), a private software integration developed and operated by Innovative Computers ("Provider") solely for the Provider's own internal business operations.
The Application is private and internal. It is licensed for use only by Innovative Computers and its authorized personnel in connection with the Provider's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not distributed, sold, sublicensed, or made available to the public or to any third party.
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official API to read accounting data and create draft invoices as part of the Provider's internal invoicing workflow. Use is limited to these authorized purposes.
The Application uses Intuit APIs. Use of QuickBooks Online and related Intuit services remains subject to Intuit's own terms of service and agreements between the Provider and Intuit. This Agreement does not modify those terms.
The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Provider operates it at its own risk for internal purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
The Provider may update this Agreement at any time. The current version is published at this URL.
