Application: IC Invoice Automation · Provider: Innovative Computers · Effective: June 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the IC Invoice Automation application ("the Application"), operated by Innovative Computers ("we," "us"), handles data. The Application is a private, internal integration that connects only to Innovative Computers' own QuickBooks Online company. It is not used by, or made available to, third parties.
Through Intuit's official QuickBooks Online API, the Application accesses accounting data belonging to Innovative Computers, including customers, items, and invoices, for the purpose of generating draft invoices. We access only the data required for this internal workflow.
Accessed data is used solely to prepare and create draft invoices within our own QuickBooks Online company. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose this data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
The Application runs on infrastructure controlled by Innovative Computers. OAuth credentials and tokens are stored with restricted file permissions under a dedicated, least-privilege service account, and are never shared or committed to source control. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
Operational data is retained only as long as needed for invoicing and recordkeeping. OAuth tokens are retained while the integration is active and revoked when no longer needed.
The Application relies on Intuit's QuickBooks Online services. Intuit's handling of data is governed by Intuit's own privacy policy.
Because this is an internal application for our own company, the data subject is Innovative Computers. Access can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online or by disconnecting the Application.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version is published at this URL.
